Privacy Policy
1. I declare that DEFENCE FORCES ACADEMY or its staff members, under no circumstances will be held responsible by me, my parents or guardian, for loss of any of my personal belongings such as, Books, Stationaries & any other type of electronic gadgets during my course at the academy.
2. I accept that the fee paid(full/partial) for the course opted by me is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. I further declare that, I shall not get involved with any of my fellow student or staff members in any kind of argument/physical contact during the period of my association with the academy.
4. Should I have any grievance of any nature, I shall approach the directing staff members & seek their guidance on the related issues. I shall not public any of the matter related to me & academy at any cost. And if I have been found violating such instruction/guidelines & I been in any unsocial/indiscipline act, academy has all the right to expel from premises/class or take all required action for such acts by me.
5. I allow the academy to conduct classes on off-days, if required, during my course. I accept that Academy shall not be responsible for any injury/damage I get during sports session/SSB session or during my association with/at academy.
6. I shall give my hundred percent to academy and studies to achieve the goal. I shall maintain the decorum of the class and respect to my instructor.
7. I shall not use mobile phone in the class in presence or in absence of instructor. If I have been found using it without my teachers/instructor’s permission, I will pay penalty of 500/- rupees for every use.
8. I shall not damage any belonging of the academy and will protect and maintain the dignity of the premises. I will never use foul language at the premises/sessions.
9. I shall seek all my grievances to the chief directing staff or my instructor and will accept his/her final decisions.
10. The above-mentioned personal details are correct to the best of my knowledge.
